Elaine Childs is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has provided counseling in the 4-State area since 1995. She previously worked as a social worker at Children's Division, was a foster parent, and is an adoptive parent. She worked at Carthage Counseling for 14 years before joining Sacry Family Medicine. Elaine works to address common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, anger difficulties, grief, child and teen problems and marital problems. She specializes in helping patients resolve trauma and is trained in EMDR.
